College Career: 2004-05: Earned Minnesota State-Mankato MVP honors after playing in 38 games with the Mavericks, finishing first on the team in points (40), goals (17), power-play points (21), power-play goals (10), game-winning goals (3) and was second in assists (23) Was selected to the All-Western Collegiate Hockey Association Third Team after finishing tied for 15th in the conference in points (40), tied for 13th in goals (17), tied for 18th in assists (23), tied for 14th in power-play points (21) and tied for seventh in power-play goals (10) Was named WCHA Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Dec. 13 after recording three points (2g, 1a) in two games against Wisconsin on Dec. 10 and Dec. 11. 2003-04: Played in his first collegiate season with Minnesota State, appearing in 39 games, recording 37 points (16g, 21a) and 66 penalty minutes Finished second on the club in goals, assists, and points and was tied for third with 66 penalty minutes Finished fourth in the NCAA among freshmen in points and tied for third in goals and assists Ranked second among freshmen in the WCHA in points and goals and finished tied for second in assists and for his efforts was selected to the WCHA All-Rookie Team Finished 16th in the WCHA in points and tied for 13th in goals. Junior Career: 2002-03: Was selected to the United States Hockey League's First All-Star Team, registering 69 points (28g, 41a) in 57 games Was tied for third in the league in points (69), ranked seventh in goals (28) and ranked fourth in assists (41) Played in the 2003 USHL All-Star Game. 2001-02 : Skated in 30 games, recording 21 points (11g, 10a) with Lincoln along with 54 penalty minutes.
