2005-06: Appeared in a career high 54 games, registering two assists and 79 penalty minutes, also a career high Posted his 100th career penalty minute on Dec. 31 vs. Anaheim and also collected a career high 17 penalty minutes in the game Missed 25 games due to injuries.

CAREER: 2004-05: Played in 20 games with the Worcester IceCats of the American Hockey League, registering six points (2g, 4a), along with 44 penalty minutes and a plus-one rating. 2003-04: Made his season debut on Feb. 14 vs. Pittsburgh after missing the first 56 games of the season due to a groin strain Collected his only assist of the season on Feb. 19 vs. Tampa Bay. Playoffs: Made his NHL postseason debut, skating in four playoff games for the Blues, recording three shots. 2002-03: Made his NHL debut on Dec. 10 at New Jersey Played in 16 games, registering one assist and 38 penalty minutes Recorded his first NHL point (assist) on Jan. 18 vs. Chicago Missed three games due to an eye injury Played in 40 games with Worcester, notching nine points (1g, 8a) and 58 penalty minutes Was tied for second on the club with a plus-15 rating.

MINOR CAREER: 2001-02: Established an AHL career high in assists (11), points (13), and penalty minutes (164). 2000-01: Split time between Worcester and the Peoria Rivermen of the East Coast Hockey League making his debuts in both leagues Named the Worcester IceCats Most Improved Player for the season.

JUNIOR CAREER: Played parts of the 1999-2000 season with the Portland Winter Hawks and the Kootenay Ice in the Western Hockey League (WHL) Was a member of the 1998 Memorial Cup Champion team for Portland.
