Season Ticket Holder Card
The season ticket card & commemorative ticket is a benefit for our season ticket holders, designed to make your Blues game-night experience more convenient. You won't have to worry about leaving your tickets at home or bringing a ticket for the wrong game - just bring your card! You will receive one season ticket card & commemorative ticket per seat on your Blues account. There is a barcode on both your season ticket card and your commemorative ticket. This barcode is loaded for all home games in your ticket plan - it will scan once for each game, just like a printed paper ticket. You may have your season ticket card or the commemorative ticket scanned - you do not need to have both to enter the game. The season ticket card also serves as your season ticket holder discount card. Please present your card at the True Blues Authentic Team Store to receive the discount presented on the card.
We understand that you may prefer to have your tickets printed on ticket stock, instead of using the season ticket holder card. Please contact your Blues Account Representative if you would like to have your season tickets printed on ticket stock. Your card will still serve as your season ticket holder discount card, so please keep it for the remainder of the season. The barcodes on the card & commemorative ticket will simply become inactive.
As a special benefit for season ticket holders during the 2013-14 regular season, printing at home (Ticketfast) and ticket forwarding will be FREE. You can log in to your Blues account and print off, or forward via email, any games you wish.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to bring the card or the commemorative ticket to games? Should I bring both?
A: Please note that to receive your True Blue Authentic Team Store Discount, you will need the smaller, credit-card-sized card, and you will be asked to present photo ID. However, you do NOT need to bring both the card and the commemorative ticket to enter games; they both feature the same barcode, so either will get you into the game. Once the barcode on either is scanned on game night, the barcode for the other is automatically shut off for that game.
Q: I would prefer to have printed tickets. Can I have my season tickets printed out instead of using the card for entry?
A: We understand that some of our season ticket holders may prefer to have their ticket plan printed on traditional ticket stock, instead of using the season ticket holder card. We are happy to meet this request. Please contact your Blues account representative to have your ticket plan printed on traditional stock. Once these tickets have been printed, the barcodes on your season ticket holder card & commemorative ticket will become invalid.
Q: What happens if I forget to bring my card to the game?
A: No worries! You may have your tickets reprinted at the Ford Box Office at Scottrade Center on game night, or you may contact your Blues Account Representative to have your tickets reprinted.
Q: What happens if I lose my card?
A: We will replace your card! Just contact your Blues account representative.
Q: How will Ticketfast (print-at-home) and ticket forwarding work with the Card?
A: Ticketfast (printing at home) and ticket forwarding will be FREE for all season ticket holders during the 2013-14 regular season. You can log in to your Blues account and print off or forward any of your games that you wish.
Q: Can I forward all of my tickets if my account is not paid in full?
A: Yes! Your entire ticket package is available online at stlouisblues.com/myaccount, and you will be able to forward your tickets for free during the 2013-14 regular season. PLEASE NOTE that if you are on a payment plan, your account must be paid in full by the designated final payment date of your payment plan in order to continue forwarding.
