Birthday Messages For a minimum $25 donation to the St. Louis Blues 14 Fund, the Blues will send a birthday wish to a loved one during a game. Birthday wishes will scroll on the message boards throughout the game. To make a request, fill out the online form or call 314.622.2520. |
