Player & Management Appearances

Please Note: Appearance requests after February 20 are extremely difficult to fulfill.

St. Louis Blues Appearance Guidelines
Through the Blues community relations department and the St. Louis Blues 14 Fund, Blues players, coaches and executives make several community appearances each year that are open to the public. In addition to these events, players and coaches often participate in other charitable events, as well as visits to schools, youth groups, and hospitals.

If you would like to request an appearance by a Blues player, coach or executive, please follow these guidelines:

1. Organization must be located in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan Area
2. Requests must be received on the organization's letterhead and include:

• Description of the organization
• Purpose of the requested visit
• Role of player, coach or executive
• Anticipated number of audience members and age range
• Date, time and anticipated length of appearance (Note: No appearances are made on game days and most appearances are 1-hour maximum.)
• Contact name, address, phone number and email address.

The St. Louis Blues will contact you within four weeks of your event regarding the status of your request. Due to demanding schedules during the season, a limited number of requests will be granted, with schools and youth-oriented non-profit organizations receiving priority. Please note that players and coaches do not make appearances on game days. In addition, appearance requests for the off-season (April - August) are extremely difficult to fulfill.

All requests must be submitted via mail at least six (6) weeks prior to the event. Phone, fax, and email requests will not be accepted.
