Blues Recall Porter from Chicago

ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced Saturday the club has recalled forward Chris Porter from the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League (AHL).

Porter, 29, has dressed in 19 games for Chicago this season, posting 11 points (three goals and eight assists). In addition, the 6-foot-1, 209-pound forward has made two appearances for the Blues, including his season debut on Nov. 2 at Tampa Bay.

The Toronto, Ontario native was originally signed by the Blues as a free agent on Aug. 21, 2007.
