Blues Activate Halak from Injured Reserve

The Blues have activated Jaroslav Halak from injured reserve and have assigned Jake Allen to the Peoria Rivermen.

Halak, who suffered a groin strain in the Feb. 1 game against Detroit, began taking shots in practice over the weekend. The Blues have determined he's ready to get back into the lineup.

Halak has missed three games with the injury.

In five appearances this season, Halak has posted a 3-0-0 record to go with a 2.10 goals-against average and an .889 save percentage. He is tied for the League lead with two shutouts.
