ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced Thursday the club has assigned goaltender Jake Allen to the Blues’ American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Peoria Rivermen.

Brian Elliott, who was day-to-day with an upper body injury, has been declared 100 percent by Head Coach Ken Hitchcock and will backup Jaroslav Halak in Game 1 vs. San Jose.
