ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced Sunday the club has recalled forward Ryan Reaves from the Blues’ American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Peoria Rivermen.

Reaves, 23, will be looking to make his NHL debut when the Blues host the Anaheim Ducks on Monday, October 11 at 1 p.m. at Scottrade Center.

Reaves will fill in for Cam Janssen, who suffered a concussion in the Blues' 2-1 overtime win Saturday vs. Philadelphia. According to Head Coach Davis Payne, Janssen is expected to miss two weeks of action and will be re-evaluated at that time.
