The Blues will be hosting watch parties at Scottrade Center for both season-opening Blues games being held in Stockholm, Sweden.

Scottrade Center will opens its doors at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2 and Saturday, Oct. 3. Fans can sit in select lower bowl sections and follow the action on the Scottrade Center scoreboard live from Stockholm.

The puck drops at 2 p.m. for each game.

Admission to the watch parties is free and seating is general admission. As an added value, several concession stands will be open and fans will be able to save 50% on all food and beverages purchased during the event.

Louie will make an appearance and the BlueNote Authentics Store will be open for fans to visit.

“The NHL Premiere games are a signature event for the League, our players and our fans,” said NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman. “Playing regular-season games overseas is an excellent way to further engage the passionate NHL fan base in Europe and encourage the growth of the game of hockey.”

If you are unable to attend the watch party on Friday, follow the game live on Versus, which is available for free for all DISH Network customers on Channel 151. As of now, DirecTV does not carry Versus.
