SCP Worldwide announced today that Levy Restaurants, the leader in premium sports and entertainment dining, will be its official restaurant partner at Scottrade Center, home of the NHL's St. Louis Blues.

Chicago-based Levy Restaurants is a James Beard and Ivy Award-winning restaurant company that transformed dining at major sporting and entertainment venues across the country, from STAPLES Center in Los Angeles to American Airlines Arena in Miami. Levy will serve traditional arena favorites and upscale menu items, featuring regional fare and innovative versions of St. Louis favorites throughout Scottrade Center’s 85 suites, 1,700 club seats, concession stands, portable carts and the newly-named Bud Light Zone.

This marks the second partnership for the two companies this year as Levy Restaurants is also SCP Worldwide’s restaurant partner at the sports, media and entertainment company’s soccer-specific stadium – home of Major League Soccer’s Real Salt Lake – that is scheduled to open this October in Sandy, Utah.

“It is very meaningful for us to partner with Levy Restaurants and welcome them back into the Blues family,” said St. Louis Blues Chairman and Principal Owner, Dave Checketts. “Since day one of our ownership, we have striven to provide our fans and patrons the highest quality of service. Levy Restaurants fits right into that strategy as they are the best in the business. They will make an immediate impact at Scottrade Center as their presence and excellence will be felt throughout the arena making not only the food more enjoyable but the overall fan experience more memorable.”

Levy Restaurants is a familiar face to hockey fans, also catering NHL arenas including American Airlines Center (home of the Dallas Stars); Bell Centre (Montreal Canadiens); Pepsi Center (Colorado Avalanche); Philips Arena (Atlanta Thrashers); Sommet Center (Nashville Predators); STAPLES Center (LA Kings); and Verizon Center (Washington Capitals).

“We’re thrilled to team up with SCP Worldwide and the St. Louis Blues to provide exceptional food and gracious Midwest hospitality to fans at Scottrade Center,” said Andy Lansing, President and CEO of Levy Restaurants. “We have great respect for Dave Checketts and the entire Blues organization, and we look forward to creating Levy signature dishes and a first-class dining experience for years to come.”

The luxury suite menu created by Levy Restaurants Regional Chef Jonathan Williams showcases diverse options, such as St. Louis style BBQ ribs, classic beef tenderloin and a St. Louis original, toasted ravioli. Other features include “The Hill” Pasta Salad with penne pasta, crisp vegetables, basil and Parmesan cheese and “The Landing” Grinder, loaded up with meat, vegetables, cheese and red wine vinaigrette on an Italian baguette.

Concession items will include Levy twists on classic stadium fare, including BBQ pork sandwiches, burger stacks and a signature St. Louis foot-long hot dog. Specialties sure to whet fans’ appetites will include pulled pork nachos, flatbread pizzas, garlic Parmesan fries and a smoke house stack featuring cheddar cheese, shredded brisket and onion rings.

“We had fun creating these menus, and we wanted to give the fans of St. Louis many exciting choices – from the great stadium fare they expect to innovative menu selections unique to Scottrade Center,” said Williams. “We created a menu that truly offers something for everyone and incorporates the familiar flavors of the region in ways that fans might not have expected. Bring your appetites, Blues fans!”
