ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President John Davidson announced today the club has recalled defenseman Roman Polak under emergency conditions from the Blues’ American Hockey League affiliate, the Peoria Rivermen.
Polak, 21, has played in 23 games for the Rivermen this season, recording five assists along with 15 penalty minutes.
The Ostrava, Czech Republic was originally drafted by the Blues in the 6th round, 180th overall in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
