Legace Named to NHL All-Star Team

Legace, 34, has posted a 16-10-2 record this season, ranking fifth in the National Hockey League with a 2.06 goals against average and ranks seventh in the league with a .922 save percentage. He also has registered three shutouts this season and set a new Blues record for consecutive shutout minutes (186:15) spanning from Dec. 28-Jan. 8. The last record was set by Greg Millen (184:47) in 1988-89.
Legace will become the seventh goaltender in Blues history to be selected to an All-Star game. The other Blues goaltenders that have played in an All-Star game include Glenn Hall, Curtis Joseph, Mike Liut, Jacques Plante, Roman Turek and Ernie Wakely.
The 56th NHL All-Star Game will take place in Atlanta on January 27.
