Blues Trade Bacashihua to Colorado for Future Considerations

ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President John Davidson announced today that the club has traded goaltender Jason Bacashihua to the Colorado Avalanche in exchange for future considerations.

Bacashihua was acquired by St. Louis from Dallas on June 25, 2004 in exchange for defenseman Shawn Belle. He was originally Dallas’ first round selection, 26th overall in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft.
