ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President John Davidson announced today that the Blues have assigned defenseman Erik Johnson to its American Hockey League affiliate, the Peoria Rivermen on a conditioning stint.
Johnson, 19, has skated in three games for the Blues this season, registering two points (one goal, one assist).
Johnson will suit up for the Rivermen when they play at Iowa on Tuesday night and will return for practice with the Blues on Wednesday morning.
