Blues Sign Forward Jean-Guy Trudel
ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President John Davidson announced today the club has signed left winger Jean-Guy Trudel.

Trudel, 31, has played the last four seasons with Ambri Piotta in Switzerland, registering 50-or-more points in each season. Last season, the 6-0, 202-pound forward led the club with 27 goals and 53 points.

Trudel has played professional hockey over the past 11 seasons and made his NHL debut with the Phoenix Coyotes during the 1999-2000 campaign. The Sudbury, Ontario native has played in five NHL games with Phoenix and the Minnesota Wild, registering four penalty minutes.
