ST. LOUIS - Just over 24 hours after being named Executive Vice President of the St. Louis Blues, Brett Hull had already found his way to Busch Stadium.
Hull threw out the first pitch before Tuesday's Cardinals game.
"I've been a baseball guy my whole life. I played it when I was young, and when I went to college, I played fast pitch softball in the offseason," Hull told John Rooney during the game's broadcast on KMOX 1120 AM. "I've always been kind of an American League guy, but the Cards are my team in the National League, and again are having another stellar season."
The Cardinals beat the Milwaukee Brewers 4-2 on Tuesday.
